Federico Aimaro is currently Operations Director at Horus and R&D Director for LabEILOA, responsible for research on sustainable packaging, new materials, and transport. He previously worked as Operations Director for André Chenue.

With over fifteen years of experience in purchasing and transport consulting, Melchior de Bary has established himself as a recognized Supply Chain expert. His rich and diverse professional background has led him to collaborate with companies in various sectors, allowing him to acquire a deep knowledge of the issues and challenges of modern logistics.

After starting his career at the Masaï consulting firm, he co-founded the Austral firm in 2009, specializing in operational consulting for supply chain optimization. In 2017, the firm strategically merged with Adameo, helping to make this group one of the major players in Supply Chain consulting in France.

In 2024, Melchior de Bary launched Irisée Management, a firm specializing in transition management, thus broadening his scope of action and impact in the corporate world.

Preventive Conservator, Collections Manager

Independent for over five years, Hugo BORDET offers his expertise and services in art logistics, particularly transfers and collection projects. Across French territory (Agen, Lyon, Lille, Paris, Colmar, Saint-Lô, etc.) and internationally (England, Saudi Arabia), holding a Master II degree specializing in preventive conservation of heritage from Paris I University, Hugo Bordet gained experience as a collections manager within public and private institutions for nearly 16 years: Musée Curie, Musée d’Histoire naturelle de Blois, and the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, among others.

Hugo Bordet has intervened as a technician, preventive conservator, and team leader during multi-skilled operations: inventory and checking, conditioning and reconditioning of specimens placed in preservative fluid, condition assessment, radioactive diagnostics (PCR N2 certified), risk prevention (health and safety) related to natural history collections, and project management assistance for the design of outsourced storage facilities and collections transfer.

Bastien Bouy is an art enthusiast and has been an employee at LP ART since 2018 as an installer/heavy goods vehicle driver. For 6 years, he has dedicated his expertise to artists, galleries, and museums by installing and transporting their works with care and precision throughout Europe.

In parallel, for 16 years, he has dedicated part of his free time to volunteer first aid and has shared his experience as a first aid instructor since 2015. Eager to pass on his knowledge, he helps save lives and introduce art to a wider public every day.

Jacques began his professional career as a customs clerk, then a road freight transport operator and charterer. He then oriented his career towards driving. He first worked as a heavy goods vehicle driver in urban delivery (groupage, full loads) then a few years later, he obtained his CE license and worked for 10 years as a truck driver at La Flèche Cavaillonnaise.

In 2008, he obtained the goods transport capacity certificate, then the transport commissioner capacity certificate in 2009. This allowed him to return to studies at the University of Cergy-Pontoise where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics. He then entered the Sorbonne Paris IV where he obtained the Master TLTE (Transport Logistics Territory and Environment) and then a Doctorate in Political Geography. Today, he works as an independent teacher-researcher. He also contributes to the writing of several collective works and is notably the author of the book: “les transports terrestres” (Land Transport).

After spending ten years in the commercial catering sector, with extensive experience in team management and site operations, she joined the group in 2012. An initial stint at the Hôtel Drouot allowed her to discover and better understand the art handling sector. She then gained experience in the world of transport as operations manager at Transports Monin, before finally honing her skills at Chenue as director of operations.

Thanks to this enriching experience, and her taste for new technologies and process implementation, she was appointed Director of Transformation in the summer of 2023, with the task of digitising the company. Vincent Depont is Administrative and Financial Director (CFO) at LP ART, a position he has held since July 2020. A graduate of Grenoble EM Management, he uses his expertise in financial management within this company based in Paris and its surrounding area.

Before joining LP ART, Vincent spent more than fifteen years with the Horus Finance Group, where he served as Management Control Manager from March 2005 to July 2020. This long experience allowed him to develop a solid mastery of management control and the financial aspects of companies.

Laurent Giraudon is a long-time collaborator at André Chenue, where he currently holds the position of Workshop Operations Manager.

In parallel with this role, he is also an external operations foreman, intervening on projects across Europe and the Middle East. In this role, he is responsible for project development and monitoring, quote preparation, team training and management, as well as packaging and installation operations for artworks. His expertise also extends to preventive conservation, condition reports, air freight security, cladding, and packaging strategy consulting.

With over 45 years of experience, Pierre-Antoine Héritier offers his expertise to museums, collectors, auction houses, and cultural institutions. He has been a restorer attached to MAMCO Geneva since 1994 and also taught at HEAD Geneva for 20 years.

Always striving for excellence, he pursues continuous training with international experts to perfect his techniques and maintain a high standard of work.

His workshop specializes in the restoration and conservation of modern and contemporary paintings and sculptures.

His approach combines traditional techniques with scientific innovations, ensuring an intervention adapted to each artwork. The workshop operates in Switzerland and at the free port of Geneva, collaborating with major auction houses, galleries, and public museums and structures. He also offers training in the handling and packaging of artworks.

Nacer Igoulalene has worked at André Chenue for more than thirteen years. He currently holds the position of Production CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager.

Previously, he worked as an HGV/LGV Driver within the same company for nearly eleven years.

His development within André Chenue testifies to his commitment and knowledge of the company.

He was Head of the Import/Export Tax Department at Rouen Customs, where he was responsible for accounting controls relating to customs VAT, checks on customs declarations, and monitoring customs and transport disputes.

Previously, he worked as an internal auditor at Rouen Customs, conducting audits within companies, writing reports and implementing corrective measures after audits.

His experience in the private sector includes a period as a consultant (EU customs law and international taxation) at the law firm SCP — NACKACHE. During this period, he handled customs and tax disputes, implemented economic and suspensive procedures, and monitored DEB and Export-Import-RS customs clearance operations.

This rich and diverse background demonstrates his in-depth expertise in the fields of customs, international taxation, logistics and transport, as well as training and management.

Benjamin Martignoni’s professional journey began with a major maritime transport player, where he acquired a solid foundation in the complex aspects of global logistics and international transport. He then put his skills to use at Chenue, a renowned French art transporter, where, as a sales representative responsible for responding to calls for tenders, he developed an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of the artistic sector’s clientele.

Building on these experiences, Benjamin joined the Artlines team to specialize and develop his skills in air transport of artworks.

Today, as Air Freight Management Project Manager at Artlines, he orchestrates and supervises the air transport operations of artworks, ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of each shipment, while relying on his deep knowledge of logistics issues acquired during his previous experiences.

Christophe Matthys is a consultant in heritage management and valorization. He specializes in scientific and technical collections, particularly in military and memorial heritage.

After working for a few years in public institutions, he created his company, Pro-Bellum, in 2018 with the aim of providing a technical and specialized response to the questions and problems encountered in his fields of competence.

Pro-Bellum’s activity is now divided into two branches: collections management, through registrar missions, and heritage valorization. This latter activity takes several forms: exhibition curating, coordination of teams of students and researchers, publications, and scientific research.

As a registrar, he is accustomed to working on collection projects in France and abroad. Christophe Matthys often works as part of a team on varied types of collections, from natural sciences to contemporary art, including military and fine arts.

A service provider for various cultural institutions, from local associations to national museums, he knows how to adapt to different partners and is committed to creating connections with the aim of better safeguarding our heritage.

With a decade of experience in the commercial restoration sector, Ahmed began his career as a maintenance and logistics technician. After developing solid expertise in team management and site operations, he took over the management of transformation.

In 2002, he took charge of operations responsibility, refining his skills in organization, profitability, and human resources management. Since 2009, he has dedicated himself to conservation, managing teams and ensuring space profitability and customer satisfaction.

Émilie Meyer is the Customs Service Manager at LP ART, where she manages customs aspects related to art logistics and freight transport. Her role involves document management, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance, and import-export procedures for museums and other sector players. She handles customs data analysis, database development and auditing, as well as customs clearance and team management. She is proficient in managing import-export activities and declarations, with a focus on precision and a sense of organization. She uses tools like Conex and Prodouane.

Previously, she was Deputy Customs Manager at LP Art, where she contributed to document management, import-export aspects, and AEO procedures. She had skills in data analysis and management, as well as classification and appointment scheduling.

Before that, as a Customs Declarer within the same company, she was responsible for document control, internal advice on customs formalities, relationship with customs services, and drafting import/export declarations.

Véronique Muller is an experienced lawyer: Legal Director of the HORUS group, she is also a member of the Management Committee.
She manages the Holding’s legal activities, supports the group’s subsidiaries in various areas related to contract law, and develops internal control procedures. Previously, she was a lawyer in the French Legal Department of SNC LIDL.

Robin Ono is an English trainer, sharing his linguistic expertise with his learners.

A geologist by training, manager of earth science collections (190,000 geological samples) then head of all collections at the Lille Natural History Museum (450,000 items from natural sciences, ethnography, technical sciences), since 2020, he has been offering his expertise within a private company, consulT. Responsible for the implementation of collections projects, acquisitions, and restorations of these collections, he has acquired a certain mastery of the world of restoration and preventive conservation, the management and planning of interventions, and the coordination of service providers (restorations, transport, anoxia, framing, mounting, etc.).

These responsibilities led him to present numerous restoration and acquisition files to competent authorities (including the Ministry of Higher Education, Regional Directorates of Cultural Affairs). The creation of exhibitions and the renewal of permanent presentations made him familiar with the use of planning tools, the scientific monitoring of files, the coordination of service providers, the management of public contracts, as well as the organization, conducting, and decision-making outcome of meetings. Fabrice Pasco began his career at André Chenue as an Art Crate-Maker and Packer (Layetier-Emballeur d’œuvres d’art). His commitment and expertise then led him to successively hold the positions of Team Leader, then Workshop Manager within the company.

He was then promoted to Production Manager for over nine years, where he supervised production objectives, quality control, investment monitoring, as well as contractor management to ensure production continuity.

Today, Fabrice Pasco is Deputy Production Director at André Chenue.

Vincent Potier’s career path reveals a versatile professional trajectory, marked by a progressive exploration of the fields of visual and technical creation, which today finds coherence in his current role at LP Art.

After an experience as a Decorator, where he developed practical skills in assembling structures and manufacturing visual elements, Vincent utilized his drawing skills at Moissonnier. There, he worked on the computerization of historical drawings, the adaptation of existing models, and the search for technical solutions for production, while also creating designs and quotes.

In parallel with these experiences, Vincent developed expertise as a Videographer, initially at Disko and then freelance for Duffop, producing advertising films, logos, and 3D environments for various clients. This period attests to his interest in visual communication and multimedia content creation.

In an entrepreneurial approach, he founded and has been running Woodzine.fr for several years, a news site dedicated to wood, which highlights his interest in materials and potentially the technical aspects related to their use.

Today, this combination of artistic sensibility and a methodical approach is manifested in his role as Surveyor and Study Manager at LP Art. This function requires the ability to analyze spaces, quantify elements, and develop technical solutions—skills that seem to have been refined throughout his previous experiences in design, visual creation, and project management. His career thus illustrates an evolution toward a function that combines technical precision with an understanding of visual and potentially logistical aspects.

After spending 10 years in courier services (TNT and GEODIS), Benjamin joined LP Art in 2011 as Operations Manager, then Head of the entire Logistics Department. On a daily basis, he manages 7 people in planning, 16 team leaders/60 installers, and 40 vehicles (HGVs and LGVs) operating in the field.

Son of an artisan transporter, after a literature baccalaureate, Julien Raud decided to get a CAP (Vocational Certificate) in Truck Driving. For 3 years, he worked as a driver, then returned to higher education in International Transport. He then joined the operations departments of large groups, and later dedicated himself to providing services to transporters, particularly in specialized temporary work. He co-founded the leading transport temporary staffing group in France.

Since 2012, Julien has specialized in training and regulatory assistance for professionals and also works with higher education schools in the sector and collaborates with the specialized press through articles and surveys concerning the profession.

Christine Rhodes is the General Director of EILOA, the first school specializing in the transport and logistics of artworks. She helped found this school in partnership with a group of the most renowned companies in the sector, in France and internationally (Chenue, LP Art, Sendsio, Transart, Natural Lecoultre, Rodolphe Haller, Helutrans, Denbigh, GSS Australia, Clé Reserva Contemporanea, etc.).

Christine Rhodes is also an administrator of AETL, a French association providing employment assistance for transport and logistics professions.

An expert in pedagogy, she has directed various training programs in management schools and headed the École Supérieure des Transports, specializing in training executives in the transport and logistics sector.

Osteopath D.O. (Diplômé en Ostéopathie) graduated in 2003. In private practice since January 2004.

Holds a Master II degree, specialization in physics and science for engineers, with a focus on human biomechanics, sports, and health.

Christophe Simoes is the General Manager of Artlines, a company specialized in air freight, since January 2023.

His experience in the aviation sector also continued at Amelia (by Regourd Aviation), where he held a commercial position focused on chartering in Europe.

Earlier in his career, he worked as an Air Cargo Trader in the Paris region, assuming responsibility as Product Manager (GSA) for a portfolio of freight and passenger airlines. His entry into the aviation field began at PRO SKY as a Junior Aircraft Charter Broker, focusing on sales and charter operations.

Boban Stojanovic is an experienced packer and driver team leader at LP Art, where he has been working for many years.

His expertise and commitment make him an essential member of the company’s art handling and transport teams.

With nearly 40 years of experience serving art.

Packaging, customs, transport, storage, and preservation for museums, galleries, auctioneers, foundations, private collections, individuals, etc. Jérôme has evolved and progressed within the same company, starting at the bottom of the ladder.

He joined Chenue as an apprentice art crate-maker/packer in 1986, obtained his CAP, and became a crate-maker/packer worker in 1988. In 1990, he progressed to import customs clerk, then deputy warehouse manager until 1994, where he took on the roles of co-manager of furniture storage and manager of the customs-bonded warehouse and private import depot until 2002.

He became site manager of a 10,000 m² site for the Directorate of Museums of France until 2015, when he was transferred to a shared conservation site of 30,000 m² bringing together private clients and institutions.

Since 2022, he has taken on the role, within the conservation department, of manager of all conservation sites in Paris and the Île-de-France region (100,000 m²) for Andre Chenue SA.

Guillaume Velard is an experienced professional, holding a CAP in professional art packing and serving as Team Leader at André Chenue since 2011.

He dedicates his expertise to the handling, conditioning, and transport of artworks. His career path attests to his passion for the art professions and his commitment to guaranteeing the security and integrity of the objects entrusted to him.
