ABOUT US
EILOA, the International School of Fine Art Logistics, is an association devoted to the preservation and transmission of artistic heritage. We believe in the importance of training competent and responsible professionals to ensure the safe transport and handling of artworks.
Our team is composed of recognized experts in the field of art logistics, with many years of experience and unique expertise. They dedicate their passion and skills to the training of future professionals in the sector.
Founded in 2022, EILOA has quickly established itself as a leader in art logistics training, thanks to an innovative educational approach and a network of international partners.
Faced with a lack of structures and skills capable of ensuring the secure management of these precious objects, a group of leading companies in the sector (Chenue, LP Art, Transart International, Natural le Coultre, Expomus, etc.) decided to create this unique school.
At EILOA, we believe that passing on expertise is essential to ensuring the preservation of artistic heritage. This is why we are committed to :
- Offering high-quality training programs, from “CAP” to Master’s level, including continuous training.
- Developing partnerships with cultural institutions and companies in the sector to offer our students unique professional opportunities.
- Promoting best practices in the handling, packing, and transport of artworks.
- Integrating environmental issues into our teaching and contributing to the development of more sustainable art logistics.
Join EILOA and contribute to the protection and promotion of the world’s artistic heritage!

A HYBRID LABORATORY IN THE SERVICE OF THE ARTS: LabEILOA
A hybrid laboratory in the service of the arts: LabEILOA
Faced with the ecological urgency, art logistics must reinvent itself. It is in this context that EILOA created LabEILOA, a unique laboratory of its kind. Hybrid, it brings together actors with varied profiles : researchers, logistics professionals, insurers, cultural and artistic world actors, for a multidisciplinary approach to innovation.
In collaboration with research centers and museums, LabEILOA works on two major topics:
- Materials of tomorrow : with a particular interest in cardboard, LabEILOA is studying the feasibility of developing more durable and recyclable packaging to minimize environmental impact. In particular, it explores the potential of this material for protecting and transporting works of art. Lightweight and strong, cardboard also helps to improve working conditions for teams by reducing the risks associated with handling.
- Transport of tomorrow : LabEILOA seeks to optimize travel routes and reduce the carbon footprint of artwork transport. In order to achieve this, it explores various avenues : pooling transport to limit empty journeys, using cleaner vehicles, optimising delivery routes and using digital solutions for better traceability and more efficient journey management.
Open to its ecosystem, LabEILOA ensures active monitoring, creates prototypes, and supports sector actors in adopting innovative and sustainable solutions. LabEILOA contributes to innovation and ecological transition of the art logistics sector.
